|We process your data on the basis of:||The processing of your image is necessary for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interest pursued by LCL, which is the need to ensure the safety of persons and property protection (Art. 6 Para. 1f GDPR)|
|How long do we process your data?||We keep personal data in the form of the image recorded by the video surveillance system for 3 months if the material is not used as evidence in any legal proceedings or if LCL is informed that such video recording can become evidence in legal proceedings, which means extending the period processing until the final completion of the proceedings. The recording may be made available to third parties in accordance with the law. The recipients of the data can become subjects dealing with the operation of the video surveillance system and IT service of the LCL.LCL has the right to transfer data to public authorities in accordance with applicable law in order to pursue claims and rights of LCL and third parties.|
|Who is the recipient of your data?||Personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of LCL, including IT suppliers, monitoring service technicians, and such entities process data on the basis of a contract with LCL and only in accordance with LCL’s instructions.|
|What rights do you have with regard to the processing of personal data by us?||In connection with the processing of personal data from monitoring, you have the following rights: access to recordings in a legally justified case, while limiting it in order to protect the rights of other people; requests to delete your personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten); to anonymize the image on the recorded images, as long as it is consistent with the scope of use of the recording by public authorities in connection with the assertion of rights and claims; request to limit image processing during the lodging of a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.|
